We are looking for a hands-on Senior FPV Drone Pilot & Training Specialist to design and deliver mission-oriented training programs and technical demonstrations for governmental, defense, and security clients. You will be the face of TwentyFour in the field – credible, precise, and capable of representing cutting-edge drone technology at the highest professional level.
A military or law enforcement background is a strong advantage. Fluency in German (B2/C1 minimum) is required – you will be operating primarily in German-speaking governmental and defense environments.

Design and deliver professional FPV training programs for governmental and defense clients

Plan and execute technical demonstrations and live operational showcases

Represent TwentyFour at trainings, field operations, and industry events

Develop and standardize training concepts and demonstration frameworks

Continuously refine delivery based on client feedback and operational learnings

Have proven, high-level FPV drone piloting skills – this is non-negotiable

Speak German fluently (min. B2/C1) and communicate confidently in professional environments

Present yourself with credibility and professionalism in governmental or defense settings

Work independently, take ownership, and thrive in field environments

Are based in Munich or willing to relocate

Experience as a military instructor or technical trainer
