Job Description: Salesperson (Full-time)Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in retail or a customer-facing role.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Interest in premium products, especially cigars and spirits.
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner when interacting with customers.
- Hands-on attitude and flexibility in day-to-day operations.
- Native-level German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment Monday through Saturday.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and sales support in a premium retail environment, with a focus on cigars, spirits, and related accessories.
- Proactively engage customers and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Process online orders, including shipping and fulfillment activities.
- Support digital and e-commerce-related tasks.
- Perform basic administrative and bookkeeping duties as part of daily operations.
