Join a small, high-caliber founding team in Berlin building the AI-native operations platform for private markets. As a Product Engineer, you'll own the interface where operations teams — at asset managers and asset servicers — work alongside autonomous AI agents. Your work will directly shape the design system, review and exception-handling flows, and the human-in-the-loop UX that makes agent output trustworthy and easy to act on.
This is a founding-team role with significant scope: you'll influence product direction, establish frontend patterns, and collaborate closely across design, engineering, and research in a fast-moving environment.
Develop and maintain the company's design system and UX patterns, building reusable, high-quality UI components in React and TypeScript
Create product interfaces that connect operations users to AI agents and underlying data sources (ERPs, banking systems, email, file storage)
Build human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on AI agent outputs — including exception handling, discrepancy flagging, and audit trails
Design and implement review and approval screens for complex operational workflows such as document reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and reporting package delivery
Conduct user research to identify pain points in private-market operations and translate findings into refined product features
Collaborate cross-functionally with the founding team to evolve the product roadmap and UX strategy
Required
Proficiency in modern frontend development with React and TypeScript (1–3 years of hands-on experience)
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing design systems and reusable UI components for product interfaces
Experience building human-in-the-loop UX for AI/ML workflows — ensuring AI agent outputs are transparent, trustworthy, and actionable
Ability to design and implement review, approval, and exception-handling flows within complex operational interfaces
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills — comfortable working in a small, high-ownership founding team
