What We Offer
- Annual gross base salary: €18,550.00 + uncapped commissions
- 10% commission paid monthly
- On-site work in Sofia
- Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 09:30-18:30 | Friday: 09:30-17:30 | Weekends always off

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the customer portfolio
- Conduct sales activities via phone and email
- Support the management of commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department
- Use CRM systems and digital tools for lead management

Requirements
- Native German speaker
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- IT skills (Microsoft Office / CRM / digital tools)
- Previous sales experience (preferred)
