- Combination of training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering and electrical engineering studies
- Teaching of training-relevant skills in the training workshop and production
- Application of the theoretical knowledge learnt in project management in one of our Automation, Project Management Low/Medium Voltage or Solutions departments
- Participation in the development of solution concepts for electrical engineering problems
- Support from experienced specialists and personal mentors throughout the entire programme
- University or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
- Interest in electrical engineering, energy supply or automation technology
- Good to very good grades in maths and physics
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High motivation and willingness to learn
