W. mit insgesamt 250 Mitarbeitern produziert und kommen international in der Kabel-, Automobil-, Lebensmittel- und Flugzeugindustrie, sowie in der Medizintechnik und Infrastruktur zum Einsatz.
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Neunburg v. Wald einen Personalreferenten (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betreuung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
- Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich betrieblicher und tariflicher Regelung sowie zu Fragestellungen von Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern vor Ort
- Erstellen von Anhörungen, Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen
- Abstimmungen mit dem Betriebsrat
- Betreuung des On- und Offboardingprozesses
- Unterstützung von Personalprojekten
- Koordination von Schulungen, Seminaren und anderen Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung in der Abrechnung und Zeiterfassung
- Unterstützung bei sonstigen administrativen Aufgaben der Personalabteilung
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements
- Bearbeitung von Employer Branding Aktivitäten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Durchführung von BEM-Maßnahmen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder einer ähnlichen fachlichen Zusatzqualifikation und Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im industriellen Bereich
- Kenntnisse im Metall– und Elektrotarif von Vorteil
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
