We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who will plan and run marketing activities that help Nextcloud grow through its channel partner ecosystem. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to activate partners such as resellers and service providers, develop partner campaigns, and create enablement resources that increase engagement. You will also support and coordinate activities with selected channel partners to ensure joint marketing efforts are aligned and effective. In this role, you will play a key part in driving partner engagement, improving sales performance, and raising awareness of our solutions in partner regions.
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and drive demand generation with channel partners
- Create and maintain marketing assets, tools, and content tailored to partners (e.g. enablement guides, campaign toolkits, product collateral)
- Design and manage joint marketing campaigns, partner events, and workshops to activate partners and increase engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and ROI of channel initiatives and provide insights and recommendations
- Manage partner communications, updates, and marketing activities for selected partners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles— preferably in the IT or software industry
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner‑centric demand generation
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with global partners
- Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus
- English plus business proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish or German is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
