Why this role is exciting?
Our Berlin office is growing quickly, and this role offers the opportunity to join during an exciting scaling phase where processes, culture, and ways of working are still being shaped.
As our Sales Team expands, you will have the opportunity to take ownership, support the development of others, and grow your own leadership scope over time.
We welcome applications from candidates with different levels of leadership experience. You may already be leading a team, or you may be a high-performing sales professional who has coached colleagues, supported onboarding, or taken on informal leadership responsibilities. What matters most is your sales capability, leadership potential, and motivation to help others succeed.
Your Role
As Sales Team Lead, you will lead and support a team of 6–10 Account Managers, helping drive performance across pipeline, activity, conversion, and funding targets.
You will stay close to the day-to-day sales process, coaching your team through deals, supporting development, and helping create a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.

What we're looking for
- Strong sales track record, ideally within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting others, either formally or informally

- Confidence using data to identify trends and drive action
- Strong communication skills with a constructive and collaborative approach to feedback
- Hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a scaling environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
