Ihre Aufgaben:
Aktive Gestaltung und Durchführung der Produktionsdigitalisierung des Standorts
Identifizierung von Digitalisierungspotentialen und Roadmap-Planung
Leitung von Implementierungs- und Transformationsprojekten im Kontext der Produktionsdigitalisierung
Analyse von Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich der Digitalisierungspotentiale und Adaption der Prozesse ins MES
Funktion als KeyUser für MES HYDRA am Standort
Erstellung von Rollout-, Sicherheits-, Change-, Kommunikations- und Schulungskonzepten inklusive Koordination der daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen
Sicherstellung einer IT-konforme Arbeitsweise z.B. in den Bereichen IT-Demand, IT-Security, Dokumentation, Changemanagement
Enge Abstimmung mit der zentralen IT-Abteilung
Ansprechperson für werksübergreifende Digitalisierungsprojekte und -programme
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Fertigungstechnologien bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung als Digitalisierungsingenieur*in, Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer, MES Specialist, Prozessingenieur*in, Fertigungsingenieur*in, IT Manufacturing Engineer oder ähnliches
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung digitaler Lösungen, vorzugsweise im Produktionsumfeld
Kenntnisse in Produktionstechnik, Prozessdesign und Lean Management wünschenswert
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in IT-Architekturen, Softwarekonfiguration, SQL-Datenbanken, ERP- und/oder MES-Software
Hohe Analysefähigkeit, sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke in Verbindung mit Teamgeist und Sozialkompetenz
Verhandlungssichere Deutschsprachkenntnisse und fließende Englischsprachkenntnisse
