For our client, a leading company in the life sciences sector located in the Greater Wuppertal area, we are currently looking for a QC Microbiology Analyst (m/f/d) to support quality control laboratory operations.
About the RoleAs a QC Microbiology Analyst, you will be responsible for performing routine microbiological and physicochemical testing in a GMP-regulated environment. You will support quality control activities through laboratory testing, documentation, and environmental monitoring activities.

Perform routine microbiological and physicochemical testing, including bioburden, endotoxin (LAL), conductivity, and TOC analysis.

Conduct comprehensive testing of water, production, and environmental monitoring samples.

Record and document all test results in strict compliance with GMP requirements and established procedures.

Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of SOPs, protocols, and general laboratory documentation.

Assist with routine environmental monitoring and ongoing quality control activities.

Support investigations, manage deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as required.

A degree or technical qualification in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Practical experience in microbiology, water testing, environmental monitoring, or within a quality control laboratory environment.

Solid knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and the associated documentation requirements.

Hands-on experience with microbiological testing techniques and standard laboratory procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with LIMS, SAP, or similar laboratory information systems is a distinct advantage.

Good communication skills in English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not mandatory.

A valid work permit for Germany (EU citizenship or existing work authorization) is required.
