Responsibilities:
Support in day-to-day HR operations / overall support of the employees at the locations in southern Germany in operational matters
You take on tasks and small HR projects independently
Independent preparation of presentations and reports
Support with collective bargaining and employment law measures
Support with cooperation with authorities and associations
Requirements:
You are currently studying business administration, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
You find human resources topics exciting and interesting
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
Additional information:
You work 2-3 days a week for 15-20 hours
