Graduate Finance / Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Business/Finance Graduate to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll support the wider finance team with a variety of finance and data-related activities, including administration, reporting, and S/4HANA testing, while learning from experienced professionals and building valuable commercial experience.
This role is based in Manchester (UK) or Sulzbach (Germany), and we’re looking for candidates who are already located in the respective areas. You’ll be expected to work onsite three days per week, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team while maintaining some flexibility.

The Role
You'll gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of finance and business activities, including:
- Reviewing and maintaining pricing and financial data
- Preparing regular reporting
- Supporting the creation of management presentations
- Assisting with forecasting and budgeting processes
- Extracting and analysing data from multiple systems
- Supporting testing activities as part of S/4HANA implementation (SAP experience not essential)
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in both finance and data.

Abou You
We’re looking for someone who is curious, driven, and ready to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
You’ll likely be:
- A recent graduate (or early in your career) ideally in Business/Finance
- Practical experience using Microsoft Office gained through work experience, internships, placements, or similar opportunities
- Comfortable working with large datasets and using Excel to analyse and present information
- Exposure to ERP systems would be beneficial, but not essential
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Proactive, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge where needed
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Motivated to learn and develop in a commercial finance environment
You’ll work across EMEA markets, developing a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance in a complex, international environment. Along the way, you’ll build both your technical capabilities and your confidence, all within a supportive team.
