YOUR TASKS
As part of our Global Operations Controlling team, you will gain valuable insights into international controlling processes and actively support ongoing business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting reporting and analysis activities within Global Operations Controlling, particularly in the areas of Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing
- Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of data related to the global Cost Savings Program
- Supporting the annual planning process, including target setting, calculation of purchasing volumes, budget preparation, and data collection for management analyses
- Maintaining and supporting the Material Controlling Tool, including KPI uploads, user support, and data quality checks
- Contributing to the automation and digitalization of controlling reports and processes
- Preparing presentations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for management and stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field of study
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are beneficial
- Interest in controlling, finance, purchasing, supply chain management, and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with Power BI, SAP, or other BI tools is an advantage
- Affinity for data analysis, digitalization, and process optimization
- Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player
