About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, optimale Auslastung unserer Ressourcen und eine zuverlässige Durchführung unserer operativen Prozesse.
Steuerung, Planung und Optimierung von Touren- und Einsatzplänen im Tagesgeschäft
Disposition von Fahrern und Ressourcen unter Berücksichtigung von Prioritäten, Verfügbarkeit und Standort
Aktive Überwachung der operativen Abläufe sowie schnelle Reaktion auf Störungen und kurzfristige Änderungen
Schnittstellenkommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebsablaufs
Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Serviceanfragen
Erstellung und Pflege von Reports sowie relevanten Leistungskennzahlen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

Abgeschlossene Schul- oder Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Disposition, Logistik oder Einsatzplanung von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssystemen, GPS-/Telematiktools und MS Office
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
Belastbar, entscheidungsstark und flexibel im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
