HOLY has become Europe's fastest-growing soft drink brand in retail in under two years. The momentum is real, and so is the complexity that comes with it: more markets, more channels, more decisions that need to be made well and fast.
As Commercial Excellence Lead, you sit at the center of HOLY's retail organization with a broad scope and real ownership to raise the performance of everything around you.
Concretely, you own two things that matter enormously right now:

HOLY's Retail commercial value logic: Price-Pack-Promo architecture, channel strategy, and revenue growth management across markets, products, and channels.

The Retail Operating System: the steering processes that keep a fast-growing organization aligned and executing at a high level.
This is a senior role within the Retail leadership team. You work directly alongside the Director of Retail & Omnichannel, involved in the decisions that shape where HOLY goes next. If you want to be at the center of HOLY's success story, this is the role.
Responsibilities:

Own HOLY's commercial value logic across markets. Define portfolio roles, price-pack guardrails, and channel strategies that protect margin and enable scalable growth. Translate this into coherent market-level execution in partnership with KAM teams, and drive global trade term alignment across Sales.

Lead Retail's high-impact growth initiatives. Identify and execute the key levers across Market, Product, and Channel leading 3 FTEs. Ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable commercial impact. Drive integrated decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and FOPS.

Run and continuously improve the Retail OS. Own the steering infrastructure end-to-end: priorities, cadence, decision quality, and execution follow-through. Raise the standard of how the organization operates.

Be a true sparring partner to Retail leadership. Support strategic moments with depth and precision: board meeting and investor preparation, Monthly All Hands, bi-annual sales kick-off, and the day-to-day decisions.

You've built commercial systems. You have deep experience in CPG, whether from a top-tier strategy background (management consulting, VC/PE, or corporate strategy), or directly within a fast-scaling consumer business. You understand revenue growth management, commercial strategy, category management, or GTM from the inside out.

You own things end-to-end. You're as comfortable building the strategy as you are making sure it gets executed. You follow through without being pushed.

You raise the bar for the people you work with. You take fast-moving complexity, give it shape, and help leaders make better decisions faster. You're the kind of person who makes a whole room more effective.

You move fast and get things done. You've operated in high-growth, multi-stakeholder environments before. You can structure messy topics, align stakeholders with different priorities, and keep cross-functional projects moving.

You communicate well. In a board deck, a one-pager, or a tough conversation. You make complex things simple without losing accuracy. You're comfortable in a room with senior leadership and credible representing HOLY to external partners, advisors, or investors.

You're comfortable with data. You build robust reports, large-scale spreadsheets, and polished slides. SQL and data analytics experience is a plus.

Language: Fluency in English is required. German is a plus.

Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.

Hiring Manager interview with Ben, our Retail Director : We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.

Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple.
