- You will oversee the entire procurement process (procure to pay), from requesting quotes, order processing, and order tracking to clarifying supplier queries and managing complaints.
- You are responsible for the worldwide, timely, and cost-optimized procurement of spare parts/individual parts according to drawings and external work processes in an oligopolistic environment in the aviation industry.
- You provide support in supplier search, evaluation, and selection.
- You conduct price negotiations at the position level independently.
- You will work closely with internal interfaces such as order management, service desk, supplier management development, and operations.
- You will support the introduction of new processes and their optimization in a global environment using digitalization and AI.
- You have a degree in business or engineering, or you have completed vocational training and have relevant experience.
- Ideally, you will have relevant professional experience in technical purchasing. Experience with drawing parts is desirable.
- You are service- and customer-oriented, assertive, enjoy working in a team, have a very structured approach to your work, and are a good communicator. You also have an affinity for deadlines, costs, and figures.
- Experience with MS Office and advanced knowledge of SAP are required.
- Fluency in spoken and written German is a prerequisite, and a good command of English is essential in our international environment.
