Consulting, solution-oriented design, and optimization of business processes in Business Central across all relevant modules
Support for international rollouts and multi-company setups, including localization and country-specific requirements
Performing fit-gap analyses and deriving functional and technical requirements for implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
Configuration and customization of Business Central, including workflows, roles, function settings, document layouts, and extension logic
2nd/3rd level support for complex issues
Creation of solution concepts and specifications for further developments, as well as close cooperation with internal and external BC developers
Planning and conducting workshops with specialist departments, key users, and management to record processes and define solutions
Supporting data migrations, defining migration rules, and performing test imports.
Conducting and managing tests, documenting test cases, and supporting specialist departments until acceptance
Supporting go-lives, including cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization of the solution.
Creating documentation, training materials, and training courses for users, key users, and support teams
Working closely with the ERP team, BC support specialists, business analysts, and external implementation partners to ensure a high-performance BC system landscape
