- A higher university degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar – MBA is a plus.

5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in aviation.

Strong analytical mindset and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Business fluent in English and German, French is a plus, and willing to travel.
