Accounting Supervisor (w/m/d)
Munich, Full-Time, Monday through Friday
CCG is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Munich. General areas of responsibility will include assisting with the daily local accounting duties while working closely with our Finance Headquarters team in the US to ensure department needs and goals are met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR:
- Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and the processing of account transactions
- Monitor payment terms, incoming transactions, and payment due dates
- Assist with vendor invoicing and account transactions
- Support the accounting team in resolving account discrepancies, reconciliations and collections
- Assist in monthly and year-end closings
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of previous accounting department experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience utilizing accounting software systems
- Previous experience in an organization with multiple companies, divisions or locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full working proficiency in German and English
- Ability to learn, gain, and retain product and procedural knowledge
- High attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to multitask with superior organizational skills
- Possess strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
