YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Sales Supervisor, based in Düsseldorf, you will bring your unique strengths to the Sales team, helping us bringing the human touch to the luxury experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance by delivering exceptional client experience, achieving strong personal sales results, and leading by example on the sales floor.
You’ll work closely with the Store Director to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow
.
More specifically you will:
- Support the Sales team in driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
- Coordinate day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, till operations, stock movements, and inventory activities.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client experience and achieving strong personal sales results.
- Provide daily operational guidance and support to Style Advisors and Su Misura Specialists, without direct line management responsibility.
- Drive CRM excellence through clienteling, appointment management, client acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Promote tailored services and product initiatives, including Su Misura and Zegna Friends, where applicable.
- Ensure the consistent execution of brand standards and operational excellence across all store activities.
- Act as the key communication link between the Store Manager and the Sales team.
