The Role
1) Field Sales – B2B (non-medical practitioners / Heilpraktiker, doctors, medical practices)
Build and lead a high-performing field-sales setup (territories, target accounts, visit planning, conversion).
Develop long-term customer relationships with a clear focus on activation and growth.
2) Tele Sales – B2B (contract manufacturing)
Scale the already-launched tele-sales approach.
Technical / Consultative / Project Sales: understand the need, translate it into solutions and production options, structure proposals, and bring projects cleanly into execution.
3) Customer Operations (D2C Support) – sits organizationally within this role
You own the existing team (standards, processes, KPIs, quality).
Goal: excellent customer experience and clean interfaces/data.
What You Bring
Several years' experience as a B2B sales leader (building and leading teams), ideally in consultative/solution-oriented environments with a performance focus.
Experience in Technical / Consultative / Project Sales (long cycles, multiple stakeholders, project handovers).
A proven track record of building scalable structures: processes, KPI setups, team building, enablement.
You lead with the numbers, are clear in communication and decision-making, and stay hands-on when it counts. In short: you don't just talk — you're a real "doer."
Willingness to travel during certain phases.
Business-fluent German and English.
Bonus points: supplements / food / natural cosmetics / contract manufacturing, CRM excellence (HubSpot), pricing and proposal logic, experience building field-sales teams.
