The Key Account Manager is responsible for establishing Edwards as a leading partner for vacuum and exhaust air purification technology with a defined customer base to achieve sustainable sales and profitable growth.
- Build strong customer relationships at all levels with the customer to understand their problems and create an excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with the regional product manager, applications and management team to develop successful strategies for market penetration and adoption, product positioning and product roadmap alignment.
- Development of a clear account strategy that is aligned with the corporate strategy in order to achieve the objectives at regional, divisional and company level.
- Supports Edwards' safety and environmental objectives and is responsible for compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Manage the purchasing agreement between the customer and Edwards. For clients with international activities, liaising on contracts with account managers in other locations.
- Identify the resources required to support the customer site in line with sales targets
- Ensure that all proposals/new business discussions with regional clients are aligned with Edwards' business objectives and the client's overall strategy.
- Monitor forecasted sales volume, delivery and special requirements at customer locations. Updates forecasts as needed to ensure accurate demand planning and adherence to customer budgets.
- Tracks and reports quarterly scorecard and ensures required information is submitted accurately and on time.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-sites and in Dresden, Germany.
