In this role you will drive the company’s sustainability strategy and reputation in alignment with business goals and shape the strategic sustainability narrative for Henkel Adhesive Technologies. You will translate sustainability ambition and achievements into clear, engaging communication, positioning sustainability as a key value driver for business growth, strengthening our thought leadership, and reinforcing Adhesive Technologies’ positioning as a sustainability leader for customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Strengthen Henkel's profile as a sustainability leader by shaping and amplifying compelling global sustainability narratives, success stories, and thought leadership across internal and external channels.

Translate complex sustainability, innovation, and regulatory topics into clear, compelling, and business-relevant stories that demonstrate customer value, commercial impact, competitive advantage, and growth opportunities.

Design and deliver strategic global and regional engagement programs, including customer events, executive forums, workshops, and learning experiences that foster collaboration, strengthen capabilities, and accelerate sustainability adoption.

Empower employees and business teams to confidently communicate sustainability by developing impactful communication campaigns, capability-building initiatives, and activation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and behavioral change.

Partner with senior leaders across businesses, functions, and regions to advance sustainability priorities, influence decision-making, and build organizational alignment.

Challenge conventional approaches and continuously evolve how sustainability is communicated and experienced by introducing creative formats, innovative engagement strategies, and new ways of working.

Contribute to the strategic development of the sustainability function and help shape the future sustainability agenda of Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, change management, learning and development, or related fields, ideally within a global and matrixed organization.

Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling, and business-relevant communication.

Demonstrated ability to build powerful narratives, engagement strategies, campaigns, events, learning journeys, or thought leadership initiatives that inspire action across diverse audiences.

Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions, regions, and businesses in complex organizational environments.

Strong leadership presence with the confidence to take ownership, challenge established approaches, and drive change beyond formal reporting lines.

Creative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset with a track record of generating fresh ideas, experimenting with innovative formats, and delivering impactful solutions.
