We build software that turns a customer conversation into a finished house floor plan. Our customers are prefabricated-house manufacturers, a market with billions in revenue and largely analogue sales processes. Elyra is a team of twelve people in Berlin-Kreuzberg, funded, with our first customers already using the product.
You will work directly with the founding team and take on whatever has the most impact right now. This is not an internship where you format slides.
What you will do
- Research the market, the competition and potential customers in the prefabricated-housing sector
- Build and maintain our sales pipeline: identify target companies, find the right contacts, prepare first approaches
- Turn the results of ongoing customer projects into numbers we can rely on
- Produce customer and investor materials together with the founders
- Document and set up processes that do not exist here yet
- Own one project end to end, from the idea to the result
What you should bring
- Current or completed studies, ideally with a business, technical or scientific focus
- A highly structured way of working and real initiative. You will not get a daily task list
- Confident handling of spreadsheets, data and presentations
- Fluent German and good English
- Available full-time for at least three months, longer is welcome
Nice to have
- First experience in a startup, in consulting or in venture capital
- An interest in AI, construction or real estate
- Confident use of AI tools in daily work
