Support our team full-time or part-time as a beach café supervisor (m/f/d) and ensure that our guests can enjoy their coffee and fresh snacks with the perfect beach vibe.
Your tasks:
- You are passionate about preparing coffee specialties, snacks and small dishes for our guests
- You make sure that our guests feel comfortable and are always served quickly and in a friendly manner
- Support in daily café operations: from taking orders to preparation and serving
- You will conscientiously take care of cash register accounting and keeping the work area clean in compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring that operations run smoothly during the shift, including coordination of staff in service, at the counter and in the kitchen.
- Settlement of accounts and closing of the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Checking the supply of drinks and food during the shift to ensure that there are no shortages and preparing reorders if necessary
- Support with the induction and training of new team members
- Promoting community and team spirit, both within the team and with our guests
- With your warm personality, you ensure that our café has a welcoming atmosphere that invites our guests to linger a while
