HR Services area plays a crucial role in executing Employee-related processes across the organization. Effective execution at the country level is strongly connected with the performance of each store, region, brand and AmRest Group.
We are looking for an Head of HR in Germany – a key leader who ensures a high level of services delivery at the country level. HR Services Director delivers both global and local HR services to all brands in the market, while collaborating closely with Global HR Center of Excellence, Brand Operations and Brand HR Directors.
Key areas of impact:
- Lead core country-level HR fuctions, including payroll, compliance and administrative processes, ensuring smooth and reliable service delivery.
- Drive execution of global HR processes - talent acquisition, talent development and employee relations - ensuring strong alignment with corporate goals and values.
