Responsibilities
- You will support the preparation and full launch of the Lithuanian market, ensuring all copy content, processes, and workflows are in place for a smooth and successful go-live.
- You will coordinate end-to-end project management for all Lithuanian copy content workflows, ensuring timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
- You will own the translation process, managing requests, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and proactively communicating to stakeholders.
- You will create and mainly translate engaging, on-brand texts for different marketing assets, including newsletters, push notifications, and organic and paid social media, ensuring each piece aligns with the strategic communication goals.
- You will proofread all Lithuanian content, safeguarding impeccable grammar, clarity, and stylistic consistency.
- You will oversee the quality assurance process for all Lithuanian texts across the website, app, and marketing channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will ensure the brand’s tone of voice is applied consistently across all touchpoints, while actively contributing to the achievement of team KPIs and overall marketing goals.
You will continuously strive to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest standard of content quality.
Qualifications
- Lithuanian is your native language, and you have business-level English proficiency. Knowledge of Croatian, Bulgarian or another Slavic language, is a plus.
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a Lithuanian Copywriter in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment. Having worked in fashion marketing is a plus.
- Experience working with structured workflows, Jira and/ or a TMS is a strong advantage.
- You excel in stakeholder management, confidently navigating input from multiple teams, aligning expectations, and delivering high-quality content in a structured, collaborative environment.
- Experience launching or helping launch a new market is a strong advantage.
- You have an excellent, fashion-forward writing style and impeccable command of grammar.
- You are highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- You are a project manager at heart — proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at keeping processes smooth, transparent, and on track.
