Position Summary
The Manager Talent Programs, Early Careers, EMEA reports into the Director Talent Programs EMEA and coordinates the management of Early Career Development programs across the region. The role provides oversight of the Talent Programs in scope, partnering with market and property leadership to ensure program success and completion of mandatory elements.
The position also tracks program effectiveness and return on investment, manages communication with educational partners and vendors, and collaborates across regional HR teams and Talent Acquisition to drive program delivery and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Voyage (Graduate Development Program)
- Promote and support Voyage across properties, ensuring program success
- Partner with Early Careers Talent Acquisition during recruitment cycles
- Deliver orientation for incoming participants and build strong program engagement
- Maintain Voyage community and alumni network
- Collaborate with global teams and regional stakeholders to align program delivery
Oversee Localization & Educational Benefit Programs
- Coordinate and manage program frameworks across EMEA
- Liaise with educational institutions and property partners
- Ensure participant progress tracking and communication of results
- Provide oversight across all localization initiatives
Coordinate Elevate Program (EMEA)
- Support communication and implementation of Elevate across the region
- Partner with global teams on program rollout
- Track participation, success metrics, and alumni outcomes
Program Operations & Analytics
- Manage administration, events, and in-person program elements
- Track program analytics and performance insights
- Maintain program budgets and P&L
- Ensure structured escalation processes and stakeholder alignment
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Experience in Learning & Development or Talent Programs (preferred)
- Exposure to early careers or graduate development initiatives advantageous
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regions
- Preferably operational hotel experience
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and learning platforms preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR and business data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organization, planning, and multitasking ability
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail, integrity, and adaptability
