Your responsibilities:
Holistic project management: Lead and manage global projects within the CFO area; collaborate closely with subject-matter experts; prepare project‑relevant analyses, documentation, and presentations; and ensure alignment within project teams, management, and committees
Execute core operational responsibilities, such as board nominations, Power of Attorney processes, and maintaining the document management system.
Support the global training concept, including the design, coordination, and delivery of learning sessions for key management roles
Build and maintain strong working relationships by collaborating closely with Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling, and FSE stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Tax, Treasury), as well as all relevant counterparts across Business Units, Regions, and TechOps.
Your qualifications:
University degree in business administration, economics, commercial and corporate law or similar, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance or taxation
At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience ideally in tax, controlling, finance, subsidiary management or related topics
