Working Student IT (m/f/x)
Key Responsibilities of the Role
IT Support: Receiving and processing tickets, as well as assisting employees with hardware and software issues.
Installation and maintenance of hardware and software: Setting up workstations, including installations, updates, and replacement of IT equipment.
Documentation of IT Processes: Creation and Maintenance of Guides, FAQs, and System Documentation.
Support for IT projects: Assisting with projects such as rollouts, migrations, or the implementation of new tools.
Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting: Assistance with analyzing malfunctions and independently resolving simple issues, e.g., with applications, services, or hardware.
Maintenance and Inventory of IT Assets: Management of hardware inventories and documentation in the asset management system
Profile
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and Windows environments
Basic understanding of IT security
Experience with network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN) and hardware components
Initial experience in IT support/help desk and administration
Enrolment in a full-time degree program in the Department of Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Information Technology
An open and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in German and English
Ability to work as part of a team
A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
