Wir suchen engagierte Kundenberaterinnen und Kundenberater sowie Ticketverkäuferinnen und Ticketverkäufer (m/w/d) für den Einsatz am ZOB Berlin. In dieser Position sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Fahrgäste und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf beim Ticketverkauf sowie bei der Beratung. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Kund:innen sich willkommen und gut betreut fühlen. Diese Tätigkeit bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
Aufgaben
- Verkauf von Fahrkarten und Tickets am ZOB Berlin unter Einhaltung der geltenden Tarifbestimmungen
- Freundliche und kompetente Beratung der Fahrgäste zu Verbindungen, Tarifen und Serviceleistungen
- Unterstützung bei Fragen rund um Reiseplanung und -buchung
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Verkaufsstand sowie Pflege der Verkaufsflächen
- Bedienung und Betreuung der Kassensysteme sowie weiterer technischer Geräte
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Abläufen im Bereich Kundenservice
- Freundlicher Umgang mit internationalen Gästen, inklusive grundlegender Kommunikation in Englisch
Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Ticketverkauf ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (z. B. Word, Excel) ist vorteilhaft
- Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Freundliches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
