Lead the product and solutions portfolio across Cleanroom & Dryroom, Media Supply, and Exhaust & Abatement, translating customer needs, market developments, and engineering capabilities into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
Drive the evolution from project-specific solutions toward more standardized, scalable, and commercially structured offerings, while maintaining the flexibility required for complex customer environments.
Own product lifecycle management across the portfolio, including roadmap development, new product introduction, configuration management, portfolio governance, and product simplification.
Strengthen digital and AI-enabled differentiation by identifying where data, sensors, telemetry, predictive capabilities, digital twins, or AI-supported tools can create customer value and product advantage.
Partner closely with Sales, Global Account Management, Operations, Procurement, Innovation, Digital/Data, and business-line leadership to ensure a coherent product offering, commercial consistency, and scalable delivery.
Build and develop a global product management team, establishing the governance, capabilities, and ways of working required to manage the portfolio effectively across regions and business lines.
