Be responsible for the full cycle from "Product Development" to "Go to
Market" and lead your TEAM to growth and stability.
This includes: Product development Parts / Service; Pricing; Communication;
Digital Tools
We are looking for a Teamleader with great business affinity, commercial
and technical background all together packed with an open personality and
leadership mentality.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full aftermarket product
lifecycle from identifying customer needs and developing new offerings to
successfully bringing them to market. You will lead a dedicated team and
drive initiatives that support sustainable growth, customer satisfaction,
and operational excellence.
In addition, you will play a key role in shaping Dynapac' s Aftersales
strategy and ensuring that we remain the partner our customers trust and
find it easy to do business with.
You will be a direct report to the Vice President Aftermarket.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Developing new Parts and Service products and service concepts in
close collaboration with our local markets, ensuring they address
customer needs and create business value
2. Maintaining and continuously evolving our global spare parts pricing
strategy to support profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable
growth
3. Planning and executing aftermarket campaigns while steering
communication activities that strengthen awareness, engagement, and
the Dynapac value

2. Developing and enhancing our sales channels to create a seamless
customer experience and make it easier to do business with Dynapac
3. Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering
collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
4. Supporting our sales organizations with powerful digital tools and
business solutions that improve efficiency and drive commercial
success.
5. Collaborating closely with regional organizations and
cross-functional teams to align priorities and translate strategy
into action.
6. Identifying market trends, customer insights, and growth
opportunities to further strengthen Dynapac' s aftermarket business.
7. Monitoring business performance and defining improvement initiatives
to achieve commercial objectives and long-term success.
