Dear IT Support Specialists,
We are currently looking for multiple IT Support Specialists for a top client in the US. The position is long-term.
QUICK FACTS:

- Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
- Language: English
- U.S. Central Time (CT)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in IT Support / Desktop Support for end users.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and general Office 365 support.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including password resets, account management, and MFA troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, workstation setup, software installation, and hardware or peripheral support.
