As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) , you’re not just helping oversee daily housekeeping operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
- Sense of responsibility, resilience, and assertiveness
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in handling tasks
- Several years of professional experience in housekeeping at a comparable hotel; at least as Housekeeping Supervisor
- Experience leading multicultural teams of a comparable size and strong communication skills
- Ideally, a completed vocational training program in the hotel industry
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new work processes
- Willingness to work shifts and flexibility to adapt to different work situations
- Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards, as well as cleaning supplies and equipment
- Very good command of German and English, additional languages are a plus
Valid authorization to work and reside in Germany
