Your Mission
As a 360° Consultant, you act as an entrepreneur within the business, connecting top-tier professionals with the right organizations. You take full ownership of your market, manage processes independently, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients and candidates.
Your Responsibilities
Senior-level business development: Identify and win new clients and job opportunities through both phone and face-to-face interactions, while strategically expanding your network
360° recruitment ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from client briefings and candidate sourcing to negotiations and successful placements
Active sourcing & headhunting: Proactively identify and approach top talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, becoming the go-to contact for hiring decisions
Market expertise: Monitor industry trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into effective sales strategies
Team contribution: Share best practices, support colleagues, and actively contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Your Profile
Several years of experience in 360° recruitment, executive search, staffing, or a sales-driven environment (e.g., business development)
Proven track record in client acquisition and successful placements
Degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills with professional fluency in German and English
Highly driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Solid knowledge of modern recruiting tools and active sourcing techniques
