Your Mission
You build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects. You take ownership not just of projects, but of how the company runs: cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams.
You work closely with the founders.
This role is being created to help scale VARM's operations following our recent €17.5M Series A.
Your Tasks
Take full ownership of company-wide projects as a trusted partner to the founders
Drive cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams
Design processes as comfortably as you personally execute them, scaling your own role out of existence as the company grows
Your Talent
2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – e.g. as a Strategy Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Managing Director of your own company
A genuine founder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and energized by 0-to-1 problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
Fluent in both English and German, written and verbal
Genuine interest in contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
