Aufgaben
Auftragsannahme und Abfertigung von internationalen Luftfracht Export Sendungen
Zolltechnische Abfertigung und Überwachung der Exportsendungen
Preisanfragen, -Verhandlungen und Buchungen mit Luftverkehrsgesellschaften sowie LKW-Unternehmern
Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen, Kalkulation der Kosten und Erstellung von Kostenrückstellungen sowie Verantwortung zur Überwachung dieser Kosten
Bearbeitung der operativen Anfragen von Kunden, internationalen Niederlassungen und Agenten
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen inkl. Einleiten von Gegenmaßnahmen
Austausch, Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Export Gateway
Bereichsübergreifende Unterstützung beim Pricing, Tradelane Management und Vertrieb
Profil
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m|w|d), alternativ vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Airfreight
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
Sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
