Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Design and implement verification for an agentic workflow solution that generates production-quality embedded software

Ensure autonomous, self-correcting software agents produce traceable results with predictable, repeatable quality

Integrate simulation, unit tests, target/HW tests, and regression suites into the agentic workflow’s feedback loop and quality gates

Maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent-driven builds and test execution—for both the agents and the generated code
-
Maintain a reproducible, traceable build environment, including artifact/version management and retention
-
Define, operate, and monitor the deployment pipeline for agents and the agentic workflow solution in a continuous delivery model

Partner with the agent design team and internal users to maximize verification effectiveness and outcomes

As a Principal Engineer Agentic Software Development & Verification, you are driven by quality, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. You work effectively in fast-moving, agent-driven development environments, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and stay focused on reliable execution. You anticipate obstacles early, communicate them clearly, and turn them into opportunities to improve verification robustness, automation, and team productivity. You collaborate closely with agent developers and internal users to achieve the best verification results.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

6+ years of experience in embedded software/firmware verification, validation, debugging, or system engineering

Strong practical knowledge of verification methods across simulation, unit/integration testing, HIL/target testing, and regression testing

Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for embedded software (e.g., GitLab CI)

Solid scripting/coding skills for test automation (e.g., Python, Bash); working knowledge of Docker and version control (Git)

Experience with reproducible builds, artifact management, and traceability

Familiarity with agentic software generation and typical verification challenges (non-determinism, prompt/model drift, evaluation metricS

Strong collaboration skills to work closely with agent designers and internal users; clear communication and structurred problem-solving
