About the Role
We are looking for a talented Performance Copywriter to create persuasive, high-converting marketing copy for D2C products across multiple industries. You'll be part of a performance-driven marketing team where every piece of copy is tested, measured, and continuously optimized.

Responsibilities
- Write high-converting advertorials and long-form sales pages.
- Create compelling advertising hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
- Develop new marketing angles through customer research, including:
- Customer reviews
- Online communities and forums
- Support tickets
- Campaign performance data
- Identify customer pain points and buying motivations.
- Refine AI-generated copy into engaging, natural, and persuasive content.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize messaging.
- Produce high-quality copy at scale to support rapid testing and marketing growth.
Products may include:
- Probiotic skincare
- Joint supplements
- Anti-stress beverages
Requirements
- Native German (C2) – mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Direct Response Copywriting (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proven experience writing copy for performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Direct Response Copywriting
- Performance Copywriting
- Hooks
- Problem–Agitation
- Marketing Mechanisms
- Proof

- Highly independent with excellent time management.
