Shop Assistant (m/f/d) with Chinese Language Skills
Apollo Neuschwanstein GmbH is a well-established company specializing in Tax Free Shopping, connecting Chinese tourism with European retail. Founded in 2016, we have quickly become the leading duty-free retailer in the region. Our company operates three modern stores – Apollo Neuschwanstein and the Allgäu Gallery in Hohenschwangau, as well as the UBUY Gallery in Füssen.
To strengthen our international sales team, we are currently looking for motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistants to join our growing business. This position is especially suitable for students, recent graduates, or candidates seeking temporary or fixed-term employment, who would like to gain practical experience in an international retail environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and support to our international customers.
- Actively engage in product sales and manage the in-store assortment.
- Operate the cash register system efficiently and accurately.
- Present our products and merchandise in a professional and appealing manner.
- Issue Tax Free Shopping receipts and assist with related procedures.
Your Profile
- Knowledge of Chinese is required; English and/or German language skills are an advantage.
- A confident and friendly demeanor, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- A high sense of customer service, reliability, and flexibility.
- A responsible work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
- A valid work permit for Germany (mandatory).
Please note: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Weekend shifts are part of the regular work schedule.
