We are seeking highly motivated individuals to support machine vision systems in our battery cell production. You will work alongside engineers and operators to operate, maintain, and optimize advanced inline and offline vision systems that ensure quality and throughput in our manufacturing processes. This specific role will focus on machine vision support for battery cell production lines. This fast-paced team is the perfect environment if you are interested in hands-on production support and having an immediate impact on the quality and efficiency of electric vehicle manufacturing. What You'll Do-
Operate and maintain offline and inline machine vision equipment for battery cell production

Perform routine inspections using offline gauges, microscopes, and characterization tools on samples from production processes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vision systems to minimize production downtime

Install, test, and validate vision equipment to support production operations

Conduct measurements and inspections according to established procedures and document observations

Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure data is recorded accurately in production systems

Perform image annotation, classification, and analytical measurements using defined tools and software

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, output, and equipment uptime
What You'll Bring-
Experience in battery, semiconductor, optics, or small-scale production environments

Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing and measurement equipment

Ability to follow and document processes and procedures for production, maintenance, and quality

Experience operating various manufacturing or inspection equipment

Ability to analyze process data and summarize results clearly

Familiarity with optics, vision, and characterization equipment would be a plus; willingness to learn new techniques

Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines in a production environment

Good verbal and written communication skills; well-organized with meticulous attention to detail

Able to interpret engineering drawings; experience with or exposure to 3D and 2D CAD is a plus

Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
