Job Summary
The Director of Organizational Change Management leads enterprise-wide change strategies to ensure successful adoption of large-scale digital and business transformations. The role aligns people, process, and technology changes across SAP, Data, AI, and Agile programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Define and drive end-to-end OCM strategy for global transformation initiatives.Partner with executive sponsors, HR, IT, and program leaders to embed change into delivery lifecycles.Lead stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness, and leadership enablement.Oversee communication, training, and engagement strategies to support adoption and new ways of working.Align OCM activities with Agile and hybrid program delivery models.Track and report adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness metrics to senior leadership. Experience & Skills 15+ years in Program management, OCM, or large-scale transformation roles.Proven leadership in SAP, digital, data, and AI-driven transformations.Strong executive stakeholder management and global delivery experience.Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid operating models.PMP, ITIL, Agile/Change certifications preferred.
