System Monitoring: Monitoring of the SAP backend, certificates (CI/CC), import queues, and implementation of SAP Security Notes.
SAP Basis activities: Housekeeping, system maintenance, Fiori basis (authorizations, landing page).
Updates & Upgrades: Planning and coordination of kernel updates, database patches, SP stacks, archive system and component upgrades.
System Architecture & Optimization: Planning, development, and optimization of the SAP system infrastructure.
Cloud Services: Administration of SAP Cloud Connector, Cloud Identity Services, and support for Cloud Foundry topics.
License Management: Execution of SAP license measurement, including consulting for optimization.
Interfaces: Support in implementing new interfaces in the SAP backend.
Audit support and ensuring compliance with SAP security guidelines according to SAP/DSAG/BSI.
