You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Initial sampling of purchased parts from external suppliers/plants, including the associated process evaluation (workflow, process capabilities, process safeguards) at the manufacturer
Initiation of measures in case of defects in purchased parts or derivation of measures to restore delivery quality, including professional support of 8D reports to the supplier
Conducting process/product audits at the supplier with tracking of necessary corrective actions
Demanding and tracking measures/plans within the framework of supplier escalation
Creation of inspection plans for incoming goods inspection of purchased parts
Development of key performance indicators for process control
This is what you bring to us:
Completed technical studies or several years of professional experience
Knowledge of automotive-specific requirements for QMS (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA)
Communication skills and negotiation expertise
PPAP and PPF, mastery of methods, processes, and requirements
8D methodology, mastery of methods for root cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa, 5Why, experimental methodologies)
FMEA methodology
SAP knowledge
Knowledge of manufacturing measurement technology, manufacturing technology, statistics, product liability
Foreign language skills in English (business fluent in spoken and written)
