To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager Utility (m/f/d) for the Benelux region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets
- Identify, acquire, and develop new customers (EPCs, distributors, installers, and utilities)
- Expand market share across residential, C&I, and utility segments
- Develop pricing strategies in alignment with management
Key Account & Project Sales
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts across the Benelux region
- Build long-term customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM, and reporting
- Lead commercial negotiations for tenders and project opportunities
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure smooth project handover to technical and service teams
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments
- Identify new business opportunities and support regional market positioning
YOUR PROFILE
Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in PV, ESS, power electronics, or energy infrastructure
- Proven sales success in the renewable energy market
- Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and solution-based selling
- Existing network with EPCs, distributors, and utility customers in the Benelux region is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent, structured working style and willingness to travel throughout the Benelux region
- Valid driver‘s license (Category B)
