Executive Support (50%)

Calendar & Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO; proactively manage a complex calendar and align schedules with business priorities.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Briefings & Logistics: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings; coordinate complex international travel and logistics.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion.
Team Leadership & Operations (50%)

Team Lead: Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Administrative Assistants, fostering a high-performing culture.

Resource Planning: Monitor capacity and distribute workload to ensure seamless administrative coverage across the company.

Operational Excellence: Optimize administrative processes, drive best practices, and lead hiring and onboarding for the team.

Projects & Budgets: Independently manage special projects, executive events, and budget tracking.
WHO YOU ARE

Experience: 5+ years supporting C-level executives, with experience leading or mentoring admin teams.

Skills: Expert in complex calendar management and navigating fast-paced corporate environments.

Leadership: Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing others.

Languages: Fluent in English (written & verbal); French is a plus.

Working Style: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
