As a Scheduler, you will strengthen our Delivery Team in Oberursel and take end-to-end responsibility for developing schedules for proposales and projects. You coordinate engineering and supply milestones across all stakeholders - including clients, partners, affiliates, suppliers, and erection companies - ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, start-up estimates, and payment milestones.
Your main responsibilites include:

Translating project execution concepts into project schedules, WBS structures and progress curves

Continuously updating schedules based on input from project managers and lead engineers

Verifying and optimizing schedules in various software tools to ensure fully linked activites and accurate progress measurement

Developing construction, erection shutdown and commissioning schedules based on technical inputs from Engineering and Supply

Continuously improving scheduling methods to reflect evolving plant engineering processes, technologies, safety planning, and automation/control systems

Maintaining and enhancing interface landscapes (e.g. Excel-progress-curves, Imports to PRIMAVERA P6 such as equipment lists and coding structures) and creating new interfaces to optimize daily workflows

Analyzing master schedules and progress curves, identifying critical paths and activities, and developing measures to minimize or avoid delays
You hold a degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering (technical college or university) and bring at least 5 years of relevant project experience. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:

Strong experience with scheduling software, ideally PRIMAVERA P6 or MS-Project; administrator-level P6 knowledge is essential

Experience in cross-functional teamwork; exposure to EPCM contractors is an advantage

Practical experience on construction sites and awith hands-on mentality, enabling you to manage complex construction, shutdown and commissioning schedules

Strong understanding of plant engineering processes and work sequences, including layout reading and intepretation of process flow diagrams and equipment lists
