Serve as the primary liaison for all internal requests (engineering, production, construction, safety, etc.)
Maintain a real‑time inventory system (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, or custom Tesla tracker) to schedule, reserve, and track equipment usage
Approve/reject allocation requests based on availability, priority, and safety considerations
Develop, maintain, and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for each equipment class
Coordinate Reactive Maintenance (RM) and unscheduled repairs with internal service shops or external OEM service providers
Ensure all maintenance work follows OEM guidelines, Tesla safety standards, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, EU‑OSHA)
Manage safety (UVV) inspections, safety certifications, and periodic audits.
Keep up‑to‑date records of certifications, equipment inspections, and regulatory compliance documents
Maintain accurate, searchable logs for each asset (service history, mileage/hours, parts used, downtime, etc.)
Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI reports (utilization rate, MTBF, cost per hour, downtime, compliance status)
Define and track key performance indicators such as: Utilization % (actual vs. available hours), Mean Time Between Failures, Maintenance cost per operating hour, On‑time completion of PM/RM tasks, Safety incident rate, etc.
Present KPIs dashboards to management and recommend process improvements
Manage relationships with OEMs, third‑party service providers, and parts distributors
Conduct regular safety briefings and equipment‑specific training
Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, lower cost of ownership, and increase fleet reliability
Lead basic root‑cause analyses for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with Production, Facilities, Construction, Logistics, and ESG teams to align fleet usage with project schedules and sustainability goals
