Systems Engineer for Telecommunication Missions (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Support System Engineering Manager in the definition of the satellite architecture

Work in collaboration with Architects and Subsystem Engineers

Support in the configuration and management of the satellite internal and external interfaces (e.g. launcher interfaces)

Perform analyses of satellite functional and interface requirements
-
Support spacecraft validation and verification on system level
-
Flow down of the satellite requirements to subsystem level specifications
-
Ensure compliance to the satellite technical requirements
-
Coordination of the technical system budgets (electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, mass properties)
-
Support the generation the AIT plans and operation plans
-
Oversee satellite test preparation and evaluate test results
-
Define Test Specifications for System Level Tests and Verification campaigns

Support the set-up and maintenance of spacecraft data bases and simulators
-
Prepare for launch and flight phases, including preparation of launcher interfaces and for operations data

Contribute to project risk management
Your Qualifications
-
Master degree in engineering, physics or aerospace engineering or equivalent qualification
-
Professional experience in satellite in studies (phase A/B), proposal and implementation projects (phase B2/C/D)
-
Experience in technical negotiations with the customer
-
Self-managed and pro-active working style

Ability to work with and implement processes

Ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of English and German
